Some of them asked us to delivery the goods into warehouses of Amazon directly. As we all know,high quality and good packing is very very important.Because when the goods arrived Amazon’s warehouse,they will be sent out directly to the customers.If there is any problem,there will left negative feedback.Which will affect the business a lot.At the very beginning,our clients may ask the 3^rd party come to inspect the goods before the shipment.However,they often come after we packed the goods,it absolutely too late to find the problems at that time.What’s more,the cost is too high,each time at least $150.This is the cost for selective inspection,for the full inspection,it will cost much more.Maybe more than the amount of the goods.

The inspector come to take some pictures,or a short video,find out some flaws,and create a report.

If the goods are qualified,congratulation,they can be shipped out in time.If not,it will take 1 week,or 15 days maybe more time to re-produce.If necessary,you need to arrange another inspection.Nobody want to face those kind of problems.

As a professional supplier for Amazon sellers,we experienced many different kinds of problems, to avoid the problems,we developed a whole process of produce and quality control.We control the quality from the original,each time before starting produce,will inspect the materials according to the samples.Check the color,material,packing,or special requirements from our clients,etc.During the production,we also check the quality.Once we find any problems,will ask the workers stop producing,and tell the sales departments to contact the clients soon.At the meantime,our production department will find the way to solve the problems in the shortest time.

One day,we produce a set of mini potted succulents，there are 4 different kinds of succulents with the same pots,3 of them without flocking ,and this one with flocking,the workers have insert the foam and stones,and ready to stick the succulents,we found the flocking fall of when touch it by hand.Because of the rainy day,the succulents haven’t dried totally.The worker packed them together in the cartons.It seems standard products as usual,but when we pick up the goods inside the carton,rub them by hand,the flocking may fall off easily.

So we took some photos and videos to the client,and explain the quality problems.Fortunately,he understood us,and agreed to extend 1 week lead time,we re-produce the succulents within 3 days,and then produce the potted succulents.We really fell so sorry when we can’t finish the goods on time,however,we don’t want to miss more if we can’t control the quality.We know clearly,the cost of products is only a small part for our clients,there will be a lot other freight existed when selling on Amazon,such as the shipping freight,Amazon service freight,Advertising expenses,etc.So it is very important for us to avoid the problems.
